President Mahmoud Abbas says security is up by 100%

Alhayat reports that Mahmoud Abbas said security in "the Palestinian Territories" is up by a hundred percent. Abbas also said:

 yesterday [it] was [only] a dream to [be able to] see the citizens feel safe with their money, their families and their religion, but today has become a reality.

Really? How many Christians and Jews live in the Palestinian Territories?
